I am a gringo, living in Argentina and a writer! I would like to apply for the position to write weekly posts for you on http://www.theargentinagringo.com
I am a trained British journalist and writer and do a range of writing – from politics and news to profiles and punchier anecdotal pieces. I have been living in Argentina since September last year – first of all in Buenos Aires for a few months and now in Mendoza where I have been since February and intend to stay for the coming year. I have travelled extensively around the south (patagonia) and east (iguazu down to rosario) and am planning to travel around the north and centre in the next few months so I will be able to submit articles from most of the main geographical areas and different Argentine cultures.
