Mar del Plata – Buenos Aires Coastal Gem

About 350 miles (400 km) south of Buenos Aires on the Atlantic Coast of Argentina, you will find the city of Mar Del Plata, the most important seaside resort in Argentina and a very popular vacation destination locals and foreigners alike.

Mar Del Plata, which when translated means “The Silver Sea,” is a great mix of tranquil beach life and hopping night life, making it the perfect combination for most vacationers. There is always something going on in the water, from swimming, to diving, fishing, Sept2paragliding, windsurfing, and more. When the sun goes down the many clubs, pubs, and casinos open their doors for a night of action.

In the surrounding area you can find some of the best beaches in South America, fancy all-inclusive resorts, small fishing villages and ecological reserves.
